CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Because of this, I kindly ask for the following: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. • Same-day cancellations are considered a no-show. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation fee. Emergencies happen—please communicate as soon as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time 💛
